I have a question, since godaddy owns afternic, is it’s buydomains division still allowed to bid on domains in the TDNAM auction platform?
Robbie, BuyDomains wasn’t a division of Afternic. NameMedia was the parent, which owned Afternic and BuyDomains. It sold the Afternic business to GoDaddy, so now NameMedia is basically just BuyDomains and the domain portfolio. So they’d still be allowed to bid on domains.
The OPST.com domain went for a very low price, buyer did well there. I’d have expected an extra 0 on the end of that one.
I think WarehouseCleaning.com sold very cheaply, the buyers got a great deal there. A fairly specialized industry but still that’s an exact match domain to the services offered…
The Apartment Guys must be mopping their brows that they can finally stop using the awful ApartmentGuyz domain.
Yeah, I think Apartment Guys got a great deal considering the benefit this will give their business.
