Here’s the simplest way to bulk upload domains to Afternic’s Premium level service.
Listing domain names on services that offer syndicated, instant-transfer listings can be a bit of work. It takes more than just uploading your domain names; at a minimum you need to set prices and often times add categories.
Today I updated my Afternic Premium Promotion list by adding a couple hundred more domains that were in my Moniker account. Some of these were in my Afternic account but not on Premium level and some weren’t in the account at all. Here’s the fastest way to do it.
1. Login to your Afternic account.
2. Go to www.afternic.com/pfupload.php.
3. Select the “file upload” tool tab, then scroll down to “download bulk file”.
4. Save the .csv to your computer and open it. Don’t change the file name.
5. Enter this information in the spreadsheet:
-Add new domains in column A
-Set a minimum offer in column B. This is the minimum someone can offer you for the domain if they aren’t buying instantly. The number isn’t all that important.
-Set an asking price in column E. This is how much someone can pay to buy the domain instantly. Amount must be higher than what you put in column B.
-I recommend also setting a floor price in column D. This is the minimum price an Afternic sales rep can negotiate on your behalf to sell the domain. It can’t be more than your asking price nor less than your minimum offer.
-Type “3” (no quotes) in column K
-I also recommend entering a main category and secondary category in columns F & G
6. Go back to your Afternic bulk page and click “upload my .csv file”.
Once your file is uploaded it will start to process. You will then need to follow the required steps at your registrar to approve the domains for the Afternic instant-transfer service.
