TrafficZ changes background color, starts integration with DomainTools and LeaseThis.

One suggestion I’ve made to TrafficZ is to change its background color in the administrative console from black to a lighter color. I know a lot of other people have made that suggestion, too. TrafficZ has listened to its customers and changed the background color:
TrafficZ is lightening the mood. Next time you visit www.TrafficZ.com, you can expect to see a brand new background color. You’ve spoken and we’ve listened. The site will now display a white background, allowing you to easily read the text and access features with ease.
TrafficZ has also started integrating its product into two of its parent company’s (Thought Convergence) products: LeaseThis.com and DomainTools. When you visit TrafficZ you’ll see tabs for both of the products at the top of the page, and you can easily toggle between products.
I expect to see a lot more integration of the products in the future. As I’ve written before, Thought Convergence is creating an end-to-end solution for the domain industry. You can expect much tighter integration between TrafficZ and the company’s existing products including auctions, as well as a domain registration option, in the future.

I responded to Trafficz’s survey when their “new and improved” interface was released some months ago. I hated the dark background and said I couldn’t believe that professional web developers would have released such an illegible control panel. Fortunately (in response to major protests)for a while Trafficz ran the option of allowing users to select the old interface. Finally, thanks Trafficz, now I can actually read the page!
Marg – it’s the difference between a developer designing a site and a user interface person designing it. I’m assuming a user interface designer didn’t choose the back background.
On the plus side, TrafficZ listened to your recommendation.
