A look at who bought domains on Uniregistry this past week.
Uniregistry continues to publish its top (public) domain sales each week. I still haven’t decided if I’ll do end user searches on them each week, but this is what I found for the latest batch of 20 domains:
1. skew.com $92,000 – Whois only lists that the owner is in London. Perhaps the brand agency that uses SkewStudio.com?
2. simple.life $20,000 – Any guesses as to which end user bought this domain?
3. zord.com $13,000 – No idea on this one. Still resolves to sales lander.
4. joi.co $12,000 – Doesn’t resolve but the buyer put it on Cloudflare, so you can expect a site soon.
5. lavax.com $10,000 – Jaboneria Wilson is a cleaning products company that sells a product called Lava.
6. jendela.com $10,000 – This might be a personal name purchase.
7. beachweek.com $10,000 – There’s an Ohio band that recently changed its name from The Sublets to Beachweek and the Whois shows someone in Ohio. But the old band seems to have only had a Facebook page, so this seems like a longshot.
8. memberportal.com $7,500 – Delta Dental Plan.
9. poolcrew.com $5,500 – Whois shows the buyer is in Texas. It could be the the pool maintenance company that uses the domain MyPoolCrew.com.
10. expressoffers.com $5,000 – GoDaddy Whois privacy and it still resolves to the sales lander.
11. houseoflove.com $5,000 – Linkby Pty Ltd was formed in Australia last year but I can’t find any info about it.
12. wg1.com $4,500 – Whois shows someone who I think is a Chinese domain investor.
13. railanalytics.com $4,250 – Rail Analytics is a tech provider helping train companies.
14. offroadracer.com $4,000 – Obscured Whois and it doesn’t resolve yet.
15. datingatlanta.com $4,000 – Ditto on this one.
16. vancouverplumbing.com $4,000 – Uniregistry’s Whois doesn’t reveal the buyer but it appears to be an end user because it shows their location as British Columbia.
17. organicaloe.com $4,000 – This one has Uniregistry privacy and doesn’t resolve to an active page yet.
18. bitorex.com $3,800 – I suspect this domain is related to this.
19. 8852.net $3,300 – Chinese domain investor.
20. sketchbot.com $3,000 – Picture Mosiacs describes Sketchbot this way:
Live Sketch Mosaics are the latest mesh of robotics and mosaics. Leveraging user-generated content (photos, drawings, doodles, social posts, etc.), the system will create an augmented line sketch of that content. SketchBot will then draw the image in a specific location. Over time, a stunning and one-of-a-kind mosaic will be created.

Hi Andrew,
I know you are yet to decide about continuity of Uniregistry sales review.
But I believe you should do it… and we would love to read these regularly.
These are often on high average prices and Uniregistry is doing great in sales…these reviews will help us to get clear idea about trends and other important factors of Domains.
Thanks,
Ravi.

Thanks for your feedback, Ravi. The challenge is that they only release 20 names per week, whereas with Sedo I usually have 3-4x that many, so it’s easier to find the end user sales. I might combine two or three weeks of the Uniregistry data to make better lists. For now, I’ll continue as I’ve been doing.

I think monthly round up fits for Uniregistry data…
I don’t know for sure but if it is some time past the sale…the possibility of seeing a developed site increases I think… giving more results in less time for your search !?
Thanks,
Ravi

That is true, which would make a monthly report even better.
