Three letter domain names are among those stolen.
Mrs. Jello, LLC, the company founded by the late domain investor Igal Lichtman, has filed suit to recover domain names that were allegedly stolen from its eNom account.
The lawsuit (pdf) claims that the following domains were stolen:
ifz.com, jogs.com, jojo.com, lute.com, mica.com, sack.com, hxx.com, iaf.com, khk.com, lej.com, smf.com, viw.com, wwnm.com, xvs.com, zdu.com, jacy.com, hfj.org and x.tv.
Several of the domain names are currently listed for sale, so domain investors should be wary of purchasing any domains on this list.
The lawsuit states that Mrs. Jello believes the domain names were stolen after the perpetrator used a keylogger. (PSA: eNom now offers two-factor authentication, which makes it more difficult for people to steal domains even if they get your username and password.)
Mrs. Jello LLC estimates the domains are worth over $875,000.

A Pity that whoever drafted the claim did not chekc the document for spelling errors and thus fluctuates between using 1 “t” and 2 “t” ‘s in the word “Cybersquating” sic.
John says
LOL and my own “chekc”. Drat .

I have a hard time seeing $800k, $500k sure but $800k? Seems like a mix of end user and real market cash today values. It’s ere nor there but still, more sensational I suppose.
Andrew Allemann says
The suit says they used three different valuation services/sites. Either way, some good domains

No doubt an easy half million siting there.

Domains are worth nothing, and no active business damaged.
Good to see them on the market again, maybe somebody will do something useful with them.

@chip,
So any property sitting idle is fair game for thieves?
AND you say the stolen property is “worth nothing”?
Naturally that explains why the thief went to the trouble of breaking into somebody else’s account, why the thief is attempting to sell the stolen property, and why the real owner is spending money on a lawsuit to recover the assets.
Makes perfect sense to me!
