Brand.bar is organizing a meetup April 28 outside of Houston.
Angela St. Julien of Brand.bar is organizing DNHouston.com, a domain name meetup just outside of Houston.
It will take place from 7-9:30 pm on April 28 at Crush Wine Lounge in The Woodlands, a community north of Houston.
The primary sponsor is DomainAgents, with support from Donuts and Igloo.
If you’ve never met St. Julien at a domain name conference, you’re missing out on an optimistic, go-getter personality. She will speak along with Eric Lyon of NamePros and Kevin Kopas of Public Interest Registry (.Org).
Tickets are $25.00 and can be purchased online.
Local meetups are a great and affordable way to meet other people in the domain name industry. A New York City meetup featuring .NYC attracted 150 people last month. DNSeattle takes place next month and has already sold out. (A wait list for that event is available.)
