Miss Universe turns to arbitration to take down web sites.
Miss Universe L.P. has filed complaints with World Intellectual Property Forum in an effort to gain control of two web site promoting sex videos.
One complaint was filed against missuniversesexvideo.com (warning: explicit), a web site that indicates it has video from a sex tape scandal that broke last year. (Did I really just link to TMZ?)
The other complaint was filed against missusasex.com, which seems to just be taking advantage of the term for a generic web cam site.
Prior to these two recently filed cases, Miss Universe L.P. had not filed a UDRP since 2005 when it lost a case for MissArizonaUSA.com, in which a former licensee of Miss Universe used an outside web developer to register the domain name. The group also filed four UDRPs between 2001-2002.

When your wife catches you on these X-rated sites, I suppose you tell you tell her you’re doing domain research.
