Google and Donuts amongst those hit with legal rights disputes over top level domains.
World Intellectual Property Organization has added ten legal rights objections disputes to its list of new top level domain objections.
It recently posted the dispute between Del Monte Corporation and Del Monte International GmbH for .DelMonte.
The new additions are:
.Coach Coach, Inc. against Donuts (Coach is the only other applicant for .coach)
.Academy Academy Sports + Outdoors against Donuts
.Blue Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association against Afilias
.Dish The DirecTV Group Inc. against Dish DBS Corporation
.MLS The Canadian Real Estate Association against Afilias (CREA is the only other applicant for .mls)
.merck (twice) Merck KGaA against Merck Registry Holdings, Inc. (Merck KGaA also applied for .merck)
.merckmsd Merck KGaA against MSD Registry Holdings, Inc
.goo NTT Resonant Inc. against Google (NTT Resonant is the only other applicant for .goo)
.yellowpages Hibu (UK) Limited vs. Telstra
