Tracy Morgan goes after domain name

Comedian Tracy Morgan wants control of his domain name.

Tracy MorganComedian and 30 Rock star Tracy Morgan has filed a complaint to get the domain name

The UDRP complaint was filed with World Intellectual Property Forum. The case notice was published today.

Although the parked page at changes, I’m currently seeing sponsored links for “Tracy Morgan Comedian”, “Alex Baldwin Actor” (Baldwin starred with Morgan on 30 Rock), and “Saturday Night Live Clips” (Morgan was on Saturday Night Live from 1996-2003).

The domain was most recently registered in 2004. Internet REIT owned it in 2007-2008 but the domain was transferred to a Bangkok company in 2008. The whois record has bounced around a lot this year and is currently protected by whois privacy.

Perhaps the least funny “comedian” I’ve ever seen. A one trick pony with no talent and the same act every time.
