More proof that a three-peat is in the works.
With Journey 2 already grossing $270 million world wide at the box office, rumors have been swirling that the studio is planning Journey 3.
Here’s some more evidence that a third installment is in the works: Warner Bros, which owns Journey studio New Line Cinema, has registered a handful of domains for the next sequel:
Journey-3.com
Journey3Movie.com
JourneyMovie3.com
JourneyPart3.com
JourneyThree.com
The studio is missing two key domains, through. There’s some talk that the next installment will be called Journey 3D, letting you see “The Rock” in 3-D. But Journey3D.com is owned by a Massachusetts man, who registered the domain in 2010. Journey3.com was registered by a Washington man in 2007.
DR.DOMAIN says
Movie people don’t seem to care about “perfect match” domains.I guess it only becomes an issue for them if the movie hits 9+ figures in box office.

They were never the same once Steve Perry left.
