Details for Vancouver conference are posted, but is the price a typo?
[Update: looks like I scooped Latona by a few minutes.] The Targeted TRAFFIC web site has been updated with the preliminary agenda for next month’s conference in Vancouver. There’s a nice surprise on the registration page for the web site — $395 admission.
A typo? $395 would be a huge discount to normal pricing for TRAFFIC shows. But if you click through, you can indeed sign up for a conference pass for only $395. So I’d buy your ticket now before someone changes their mind or discovers a pricing error. I don’t recommend every conference in the world, but at $395 this three day conference in Vancouver is a no-brainer.
The event will take place June 8-10 at the Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside Hotel in Vancouver. The average high in June in Vancouver is 67 degrees. (That will be a nice vacation from the Texas heat for me.)
So far the schedule includes two auctions. The second evening has a .ca auction and the main auction will be Thursday evening.
While I’m waiting to hear back from Rick Latona about if this price is a typo, I recommend buying your ticket.

It’s official. On the website now :

If that includes airfare and hotel, I’m in.
Andrew Allemann says
Hotel is pretty cheap at 219 CAD per night, and airfare right now isn’t bad either. Can probably do it roundtrip for $400 or so depending on your city. So you can conceivably do the whole trip + admission for under $1500.

Latonas seems flexible to the market, which is nice . . .
Attendees might like one afternoon or morning session which is a bus or walking tour to take in local sites, that would allow a chance to network, for those whose schedules or budgets restrict the visit to conference days, with the corresponding favorable hotel rates.
