What image best conveys reverse domain name hijacking? Domain Name Wire would like your help to create it.
When we cover cases of UDRP reverse domain name hijacking, the article will occasionally include a photo. Here’s the one we included last time (purchased from iStockPhoto):
But I’d like something better, and that’s why I’m calling on all graphic artists to pitch in. Create your own graphic that conveys reverse domain name hijacking and sent it to me at andrew (at) domainnamewire.com. I’ll post the best of the graphics (with an optional link to the creator’s web site) for the community to see, and then we’ll start running one or more of them in articles that cover reverse domain name hijacking decisions. The first time we run your illustration in an article there will be a credit with a link to your web site.
Illustration requirements:
-.jpg, .gif, or .png
-static image
-must show well at no larger than 200px by 200px
-max file size 25k

Took me exactly 12-15 minutes to find, compile, and make animation. It would of taken me 5 minutes but Fireworks by Adobe changed around their “pages” to states and took me a while to figure that out.
And no, I am not going to buy the istock photo to have that barely noticeable water mark removed. Use your creative lil mind to overlook that :-p
