Registrar results with .com are in for July
ICANN has published Verisign’s registrar data for .com from July.
Here’s Domain Name Wire’s monthly look at how registrars performed with .com.
Keep in mind that these reports are published after a three month delay. So this post is about July’s results.
Let’s start by reviewing which registrars added the most new .com domain name registrations:

When it comes to companies that won the transfer game, here are the top five registrars for July that have retail operations. These numbers are the net gains after taking into consideration transfers-out:

5. NameSilo +5,118
Here are the registrars that lost the most to transfers, offset by the number of inbound transfers:
1. MelbourneIT -11,233

They narrowly missed the list at #6. I think most of their attrition has been from people not renewing/regging new domains.
