Peach.com argues that Peachly is not peachy.

The creator of an app for adult entertainment creators is suing a company that adopted a very similar name shortly after it filed trademark applications.
Peach .com lets creators (who like to undress) monetize their fanbase by providing photos, videos, and chat.
The company acquired Peach.com for an undisclosed price late last year. Peach .com was previously used by accounting software Peachtree, which was acquired by Sage Software. Historical screenshots show that the domain was offered for sale through MarkMonitor. It was certainly at least a six-figure domain name sale.
According to a lawsuit (pdf) Peach.com LLC filed in U.S. District Court in Florida yesterday, a competitor sprung up shortly thereafter using the domain Peachly .com and an app by the same name.
That caught Peach .com’s attention. It is suing Peachly for unfair competition and cybersquatting,
there must be a lot of money in fruit
