The second I clicked DOWNLOAD I was assaulted with an avalanche of sound, rather than receiving a file or – alternatively – being presented with a video clip which wouldn’t run until I clicked the START arrow.
I’m talking loud and speaker-shaking. That was a dirty, rotten trick and I won’t make the same mistake twice. Gentility prevents me from screaming obscenities but a few inadvertently crossed my mind as I dived desperately for the volume control on my speakers.
