My paid parking results with TrafficClub hit $58 per 1,000 views in April.
I’m the first to point out that no one domain parking solution is perfect for a domain portfolio. ParkQuick.com, which writes an entry monthly at DomainNameWire, does an excellent job reviewing the top choices. At Domain Roundtable last month I had dinner with the team from DomainSponsor, which is highly regarded in the parking space. Then there’s NameDrive, which has managed to capture a large chunk of the market.
Because of my indecision around which parking service is best, most of my domains are parked at TrafficClub. TrafficClub split-tests domains across DomainSponsor, Google, and Skenzo. As I do every month, I am revealing my stat’s from the previous month at TrafficClub.
April Stats:
Overall RPM $57.90
DomainSponsor targeted RPM $80.08
DomainSponsor generic RPM $28.12
Google Adsense for Domains RPM $34.01
Skenzo RPM $66.70
My one domain that Skenzo had done a bang-up job on the past couple months started to slip, so I moved some of its traffic over to Google with decent results. Of domains that received at least 100 views, my lowest RPM was $1.00 and my highest was $337.70.
