Company expects return from all-cash deal in 6-12 months.

Real estate crowdfunding platform Mogul has upgraded its domain name in a big way.
The company has moved from mogul.club to mogul.com.
It paid $1.3 million for the upgrade. Seller Braden Pollock confirmed to Domain Name Wire that it was an all-cash transaction and said it closed last month.
“As Mogul has grown, we knew our online presence needed to match the scale of what we’re building,” Mogul CEO Alex Blackwood said in a statement sent to Domain Name Wire. “More than 50,000 investors have found us at Mogul.club. We can only imagine how many more would have found us, and how many more will continue to find us, with Mogul.com.”
Blackwood called the acquisition domain-maxxing: “owning the clean, premium .com domain for your company that people instinctively trust and remember.”
Hey, it beats looks-maxxing.
The company thinks the domain will pay for itself in just 6-12 months.
