New TLD operator hits another record for new premium domain registrations.

This week, Radix reported (pdf) high-level details of its premium domain sales for the first half of the year.
The company said it hit another record for new premium registrations with 4,424, up from 4,268 in the second half of 2025. There were 112 at $5,000 a year, 37 at $10,000 a year, and two at $25,000 a year.
.Tech led the way with 1,229 premium registrations, followed by .space with 889 and .fun with 636. .Space saw a huge jump, perhaps due in part to the hoopla around SpaceX.
During the half, 6,502 existing premium domains were renewed. The first-year premium renewal rate was 51%, the second renewal was 73%, and the third renewal was 84%.
Radix is particularly excited that IQM Quantum Computers, the first European quantum computing company listed on a major US exchange, moved its website from MeetIQM.com to IQM.tech.
