An insurance company, a business that sells truck liners, and a social media platform bought domain names.
It was a slow sales week at Sedo, perhaps because last week started with a holiday in the US and some other countries.
The top public sale was archon.tech for $35,000. I wonder if the buyer is moving from a different TLD. There were also a bunch of .si sales to a domain investor.
Here’s a list of end user domain name sales that were recently completed at Sedo. You can view previous lists like this here.
Pillow.de €11,500 – Pillow pojistovna, a. s. is an insurance company in Czechia.
VenusForum.com $10,000 – The buyer is creating a site for conversations and stories about life and the future, as best I can tell.
Svapo.it €10,000 – Vapour International D.o.o. bought this domain. It’s a vaping company, and the domain resolves to a vaping forum. The forum looks like it’s been around for a while, so this might be a website purchase.
Kare.it €7,447 – Kare Design GmbH, an interior design and products firm, bought this domain. It uses the domain kare-design.com.
Annosa.com $4,395 – Annosa is a health program created by a health and wellness coach.
Tmat.cn $3,450 – Tmat sells truck bed liners. It forwards this domain to tmat.com.
Happy.cl €2,500 – The buyer put up a landing page saying that the site will “make you smile soon.”
TotemAnimal.org €2,500 – This domain resolves to a site about animals. It’s the same site that was there before, but with different nameservers.
IAmReal.de €2,300 – Tribe Creator AG, a social media platform that promises “real people,” bought this domain. It might be for an ID verification system or marketing campaign.
Cosplayers.com €2,000 – Cosplayers is a site to connect cosplayers with each other. This purchase seems like a good deal.
