U.S. President’s war means meeting will be relocated once again.

Donald Trump’s war in Iran has forced ICANN to change meeting locations away from Oman for the second year in a row.
The organization announced that the October Annual General Meeting will take place in Bali, Indonesia.
It’s a rather difficult place to get to. From L.A., it takes about 24 hours. London is a 16-hour trip. Even flying from Muscat, Oman, to Bali takes at least 12 hours and a stopover.
But ICANN wanted to keep the meeting in the Asia-Pacific region, and finding a facility that can host the conference on such short notice is probably challenging. (Last year’s meeting was moved to Dublin.)
Of course, if the fighting in the Middle East isn’t resolved by October, it’s possible there won’t be enough jet fuel to get to the conference, anyway.

I thought this was an article about the cult leader wanting his cut.
“Of course, if the fighting in the Middle East isn’t resolved by October”
Even the fighting is resolved by Oct, the fuel shortages and high prices won’t be back to “normal” – till 5yrs.
and within then , there will be another war!!
F**K! I have to reschedule everything at double cost.
Oh boy…
