Low-cost searches and pay-per-email pricing make outbound prospecting accessible.
Many domain name investors use outbound marketing to sell domain names. It’s not something I’ve personally done much of, but I have tinkered with tools that help find contacts.
A newer entrant to the business is NameMaxi’s Outbound tool.
It’s a really affordable platform for finding potential end users.
To start, you enter one of your domains and choose a Lite search or Deep search.
Lite Search costs only a penny, and it’s better for running metrics or analysis on your domain. If you actually plan to outbound your domain, it’s worth paying five cents for the Deep Search.
Results are broken into two groups. The first is domain match, meaning the keyword is in the domain. Here are a couple of the domain results for my domain candycorn.com:
The second group is content match, which highlights websites related to the term:
Each lead is scored out of five.
Once you find a lead you’d like to contact, NameMaxi will extract contact email addresses for you. You can ask it to collate up to five or up to 20 email addresses; the cost is five cents per email. You are only charged for the email addresses it returns.
Here’s an example for the candy company See’s:
Contact names are not provided with the emails.
Overall, I think NameMaxi’s Outbound system is worth trying, especially with the low price. New accounts get a free $1 deposit to try it out. That’s enough for many searches and to try the email extraction tool.
NameMaxi doesn’t actually send emails. Customers will need to either manually contact the prospects or use an email marketing system.

Andrew, your coveredge is top notch.
Mr. Allemann hello,
If … It’s not something I’ve personally done much of …
What method do you personally use to help find contacts?
Thanks,

The few times I’ve outbounded, I’ve used LinkedIn to find people. But NameMaxi could be the way to do it in bulk.
Useful information. Thank you.
Thanks for share! Sounds useful.
