Nonprofits and other mission-driven organizations can win up to $50,000 to support their cause.
Public Interest Registry, the organization that manages the .org namespace, has opened nominations for the 2026 .ORG Impact Awards.
Now in its eighth year, the program gives cash prizes to nonprofit or mission-driven organizations that use .org domains. So far, PIR has given away $865,000 through the awards program.
Rapper Common presented last year’s awards, with the top prize going to nonprofit Fonds pour les Femmes Congolaises (The Fund for Congolese Women). Actor Alan Cumming presented the 2024 awards, with the top prize going to Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation, a nonprofit organization in the Philippines that provides access to education for children in remote and poverty-stricken areas by providing boats to reach their schools.
The 2026 winner will receive $50,000, and category winners will receive $10,000 donations.

- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Environmental Stewardship
- Hunger and Poverty
- Community Building
- Rising Star
The deadline for submissions is May 27.
