Revenue up 18.8% year over year at escrow service popular in domain name industry.

Escrow.com’s parent company, Freelancer Limited (OTCMKTS: FLNCF), reported 2025 earnings today.
The Escrow division reported record revenue of A$12.3 million, up 18.8% year over year. That was a record for the Escrow business, and comes despite transaction payments decreasing 8.6%. The profit increase can be attributed to higher fees.
The company said the decrease in payment volume can be “primarily attributed to lapping a significant IPv4 transaction in the prior year.” That said, it was the fourth consecutive year of falling payment volume after peaking in 2021 at the start of the pandemic. It remains above the pre-pandemic levels, as the chart above shows.
Furthermore, Q4 2025 was its strongest quarter of the year, buoyed by USD $102.5 million in domain name transactions.
Freelancer said it plans to migrate Escrow.com’s frontend to the Freelancer tech stack in Q2 2026.
Escrow had a profit before taxes of A$3.1 million. Overall, Freelancer Limited’s net profit swung from a loss to a gain of A$2.2 million.
