Cases have been nearly flat in the past few years at the largest UDRP service.

World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has published data about its domain name caseload in 2025.
The organization is the most popular venue for disputes filed under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and similar country code domain policies.
In 2025, WIPO handled 6,282 domain disputes, which was a record. It’s only slightly more than the past couple of years: 6,192 in 2023 and 6,168 in 2024.
Although WIPO is the most widely used UDRP provider, other providers, particularly FORUM (formerly National Arbitration Forum), also hear many cases.
UDRP.tools, which tallies both WIPO and FORUM cases, counts 8,236 cases resulting in a decision last year, down just slightly from 8,244 in 2024.
At WIPO, 5% of disputes were denied, and 15% of cases were settled before decisions were rendered. The remaining cases resulted in a transfer or cancellation.
.Com accounted for the lion’s share of disputes, followed by .shop, .net, and .org.

As I recently commented on your other post Andrew – all these people are evasive and dishonourable (includes US DoC and USPTO) and are not interested in avoiding conflict at all. It is why I got WIPO.org.uk – to see if they have the courage to challenge and deny any the facts put to them.
