Newfold Digital is divided into two divisions.

Web.com is now officially part of Network Solutions.

Starting this week, visitors to Web.com see a splash page that points them to the login page for Network Solutions, marking the brand’s formal transition.

When parent company Newfold Digital announced earlier this year that it would retire the Web.com brand and migrate accounts to Network Solutions, the move raised eyebrows. Web.com has long been a major name in domain registrations.

Officially, Newfold says, “the Web.com brand is being fully integrated into the Network Solutions brand.”

The company recently reorganized into two groups. Christina Clohecy is CEO of the Network Solutions Group, which includes Network Solutions, Register.com, Domain.com, Markmonitor, and Crazy Domains.

Sachin Puri leads the Bluehost Group, which oversees the company’s hosting brands.

Sharon Rowlands remains CEO of the overall Newfold Digital holding company.
