Unlike some of its previous trademark disputes, this seems like a reasonable case.

Entrepreneur Media has sued (pdf) the operator of EntErprenUEr .org, alleging trademark infringement.
While the company’s aggressive policing of anyone using the word “Entrepreneur” often goes beyond reasonable bounds, it looks like the company has a good case here.
Whomever is behind this typo of Entrepreneur has done some things to pass the site off as being affiliated with Entrepreneur.com.
For example, its contact page used to have the address for Entrepreneur Media, according to the lawsuit. It also linked to Entrepreneur Media’s real social media profiles.
The lawsuit shows actual examples of consumer confusion. For example, a doctor’s legal representative reached out to Entrepreneur Media, insisting it take down an article that had been written about him on the EntErprenUEr site.
That article is written in the first person, suggesting the doctor told his own story to the site. That’s apparently not the case. It also says he’s the CEO of a company he isn’t the CEO of.
Entrepreneur Media tried to handle the situation without a lawsuit. But it says the only response it received from the site’s operator was a message that stated, “Do you also own f*ckyou .com?” (asterisk and space added).
