Agent’s stay on top domain keywords list is short-lived

Agent didn’t make the top 20 at Afternic just one month after jumping into the #10 spot.

Afternic has published the top 20 keywords in domains sold on its site in February.

The word agent jumped onto its list at #10 in January, but dropped off the list the following month.

Here’s a list of the top 20 keywords in Afternic’s report for February, with January’s rank in parentheses.

In addition to agent, these keywords fell out of the top 20: health, services, new, me, it, club, solutions. However, many of these keywords are frequently on the list, so domain investors shouldn’t read too much into them falling off for a month.

It’s interesting to see both home and homes on the list, showing how popular the term is.

Florida has made the list before. I’d really like to learn what domains with this state name are being acquired.
