Six registrars are breaching their contract with ICANN.

ICANN sent breach notices to six domain name registrars yesterday.
The organization sent breach notices to MAFF Inc., Maff Avenue, Inc., Flappy Domain, Inc., DotMedia Limited, DomainName Fwy, Inc., and DomainName Blvd, Inc.
All six registrars appear to have common ownership; the registrars have a common contact, Haoxing Gong.
ICANN stated that the registrars have failed to timely submit data escrow deposits and have failed to implement a Registration Data Access Protocol directory service using the most recent RDAP technical specs.
The websites listed on ICANN’s website for the six registrars do not work, although one forwards to XZ.com, which appears to offer domain registrations in conjunction with Alibaba.
Only MAFF Inc. appears to have a serious business, at least as .com is concerned. It had about 60,000 .com registrations earlier this year.
