Revenue and profit surged during 2020.
New top level domain name company Radix grossed $28 million in revenue in 2020, the company announced. That’s up 31% over 2019 numbers and is a better topline growth rate than the 26% growth between 2018 and 2019. These numbers are net of all discounts and rebates.
Net profit was up 36% over 2019. It’s a healthy clip, although down from the company’s stellar 54% growth in profits in 2019 vs. 2018. (The company did not disclose the actual dollar amount.)
Here’s the breakdown of revenue contribution:
- 20% standard registrations
- 64% standard renewals
- 16% premium, of which 54% was renewal revenue
Radix operates ten new top level domains: .online, .store, .tech, .website, .space, .press, .site, .host, .fun, and .uno.
All the more reason domainers like me own ExponentialGrowth.online. Combine this with Go Daddy square in my line of sight, Radix will have another great year in 2021.
You are wasting your money registering mouthfuls like that. Even in .com it would not sell easily.
