Wholesale marketplace is changing payment and fulfillment platforms.
Domain Name Wholesale Exchange (DNWE) announced today that it will soon begin using DAN.com for payments and transfers. The site currently uses Escrow.com and Epik.
With the integration, the minimum price for domains listed on DNWE will drop from $299 to $99. The minimum commission is also being eliminated, and buyers won’t have to pay an extra fee for PayPal/credit card payments. DNWE will charge sellers a flat 12% commission on all sales.
The integration should remove a sticking point for DNWE: manual fulfillment.
DNWE allows domain name investors to sell their inventory at discounted prices while keeping domains listed on public marketplaces at full price.
Efty, another domain name sales platform, also recently announced a partnership with Dan.com.
