Attorney dismisses lawsuit against past client.
Attorney Michael Rodenbaugh has voluntarily dismissed his lawsuit against David Lahoti.
Rodenbaugh sued Lahoti after the UDRPsearch.com owner forwarded visitors to his popular UDRP database to a website critical of Rodenbaugh. It wasn’t entirely clear what the beef was about, but Lahoti’s site mentioned billing questions. Rodenbaugh previously represented Lahoti in litigation.
UDRPsearch.com no longer forwards to the criticism site.
Rodenbaugh dismissed his lawsuit without prejudice, meaning he can file again in the future.
Hopefully, the two can settle any differences without the need for a public airing of grievances. Not only will it help both of them get what they want, but it also means an excellent resource for the domain name community will be available for research.
Too bad, I liked how that site told how sleezy David Weslow was with the Scratch.org lawsuit. Sleezy Sleezy Sleezy
