Aircraft manufacturer registers domain names for upcoming return of 737 Max, but they might be defensive registrations.
Boeing has registered a handful of domain names related to the return of the 737 Max, which has been grounded after two crashes. The company registered:
737MaxFlights
737MaxPilots
737MaxQuality
737MaxReturnToService
737MaxSafety
Each of these strings was registered in multiple domain name extensions.
If history is any guide, most of these names won’t be put to use. Last year, Boeing registered domain names that it could have used to provide updates about the 737 Max. But those domain names never ended up resolving to a website.
Boeing is struggling to return the aircraft to service, while it also grapples with the impact the novel coronavirus is having on airliners. Its stock (NYSE: BA) is down 44% from its 52-week high.

Everyone willing to be the first passengers, please raise your hand (and take out an insurance policy while you’re at it).

I’d have no problem being a passenger on a 737 Max.
