A popular app, a maternity pillow maker, and a German packaging company bought domain names.
Glance.com was Sedo’s top public sale this past week. The maker of the poplar Glance app about this domain. It currently uses Glance.app.
Missing from the list below is AITimes.com because I can’t figure out who bought it. At this price, it’s likely a good-sized media company or a marketing effort from an artificial intelligence company.
Check out the end user list below. You can view previous lists like this here.

Anyone know why GoDaddy Sales never make the list? We’ve had a few good ones recently that don’t show up.
Andrew Allemann says
They don’t disclose their sales publicly
Bob Parry says
You can look up GoDaddy Sales via Namebio.com daily!
Andrew Allemann says
Those are expired domain auctions. You won’t find many end user purchases there.
Bob Parry says
Yes, quite true indeed! So the only information for many end user purchases would only seem to come from DN Journal & Sedo Weekly Reports.
Andrew Allemann says
We know have some data from Uniregistry too.
Alan Built says
Thanks for responding Andrew! Sure would have rather sold on another platform to avoid the 20% hit that Godaddy doesn’t earn or deserve, but most of my domains for sale are in Spanish and my end-user buyers are to weary to buy via other platforms like sedo or via escrow, though I’ll keep trying!
Alan Built says
This is probably why Spanish language domains are still hard to valuate, I suspect most comparison sales are on GoDaddy due to their popularity and trust in Latin America but even the auto-generated comparison sales are almost worthless and don’t even come close in terms of value. Due to the popularity of cctlds in Spanish speaking countries most “.com” have between 5% and 10% of their English domain counterpart.
Berv says
Funny thing is, on Godaddy’s domain valuation tool, any comparison sales listed next to the domain value include private sales made on the Godaddy site (they just don’t release this info publicly).
Bob Parry says
Yes, that’s quite correct as I have already noticed that too!
Andrew Allemann says
Yep, it’s nice that they provide that data when seeking comps.
