This $700M+ per year software company is moving from IFSWorld.com to IFS.com.
A major enterprise software company is upgrading its domain from IFSworld.com to IFS.com, and you can tell it’s really excited about the upgrade.
CEO Darren Roos tweeted about it today:
https://t.co/2iNIGzeN06 is ours! It’s now even easier for current and future customers, partners, employees as well as all the other people in our ecosystem to be part of our journey. Visit us at https://t.co/2iNIGzeN06! #forthechallengers #proudlyIFS pic.twitter.com/IMgKM1y4o3

In a blog post, the company noted:
… it’s clearly the obvious URL for our company and will help anyone wanting information and updates to navigate simply and easily to what they’re after. This is important for both our prospective and current customers and partners, but also extends to candidates, suppliers as well as many other people in our ecosystem.
According to historical Whois records, the domain was previously owned by United Technologies (NYSE: UTX). It was used for its Interlogix company.
IFS is a big company itself. It expects to gross over $700 million in revenue this year.
