Broke: Owning a lot of long domain names.
Woke: Owning a bunch of short one word .com domains.
Ethan says
Good sale. But can forwarding be considered an “upgrade”?

Once they figure out their SEO they will change their name. No way would they spend 700,000 euro to redirect a web address.

all who have short one key word .com names know they have gold in their coffers. Just waiting for the right call to make that desired transaction. I have only a couple, so I could be waiting a long time.
Looks like 2019 will be one of the best years for domain sales.

Very true Steve. I just sold a seven figure one-word generic I registered in 1997. Back-story soon to follow.

Congrats, Michael. Did Kate help broker it? She’s an outstanding broker. Look forward to hearing the backstory. Bravo!
