Nintendo goes on defensive domain registration binge after hacks

Company registers domain names including ModSwitch.com, SwitchHackGuide.com and SwitchJailbreakMod.com.

Hackers have managed to hack the Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo is in full-out repair mode.

In addition to finding ways to keep porn out of Nintendo games as a result of the hacks, Nintendo is snapping up domain names that might be used to teach people how to jailbreak or hack the devices.

Nintendo registered at least 75 domain names yesterday. Most of them are directly related to the recent hacks. Here’s a complete list:
