An aviation company, gaming PC and skateboard company recently bought domain names.
This is another slightly dated Sedo end user sales list from May 14. I was able to capture Whois information before it was obscured because of GDPR. Many of these sites also already forward to another domain or are developed.
You can view previous lists like this here.
BroadwayTickets.nyc $25,000 – The Broadway League Inc., which owns Broadway.org, bought BroadwayTickets.nyc before it was auctioned on the Sedo .NYC auction.
Viagio.com $19,888 – HostelCulture International Limited runs a site that is like Hotels.com but for hostels. Viaggio (with two g’s) means travel in Italian, so I suspect with one g it means travel in another language.
Dynamind.com $15,000 – Mind Institute SE is a counseling and psychotherapy practice in Germany.
TiMedia.com and Ti-media.com $10,000 each – The Whois record has privacy but the domains point to AWS and a password-protected site.
ScienceDaily.de $8,999 – ScienceDaily LLC uses the domain name ScienceDaily.com but picked up the German equivalent.
FlyFreedom.com $5,000 – Freedom Aviation is an aviation maintenance, rental and services company.
WePC.com $3,500 – WePC helps people build gaming computers.
Hive.xyz $2,990 – The site is being developed as a search engine for learning/knowledge.
Longboards.net $2,150 – The domain is forwarding to LongboardTests.com, a site that compares “longboard” skateboards.
