Excellent Podcast. John is an excellent attorney all around and easy to deal with. Anyone in need of an attorney for this topic should look no further.
Logan Flatt says
This podcast should be required listening for all domain investors. Yes, for the subject matter of avoiding or winning UDRP filings, but especially to hear John Berryhill’s Texas millionaire business owner impression. It was spot on!
Andrew Allemann says
The impression was fantastic. I almost cut that part of the podcast, but couldn’t leave that impression on the cutting room floor.

Thank you for podcasts like this

Great podcast.
Did John say it was possible to choose a specific keyword with uniregistry? Is that still the case, I know about all the categories but if the domain doesn’t quite fit into any of those categories is there a way to choose an exact keyword that isn’t listed?
Andrew Allemann says
He did say that, but I don’t believe you are currently able to do this. I checked the account and can’t find a way to do it. Perhaps Google’s restrictions/rule changes put an end to it.
