2017 event will take place at Amazon.com’s headquarters.
DNSeattle has announced the date and venue for its 2017 event. It will take place Thursday, May 25 at Amazon’s headquarters in South Lake Union.
Seattle has more domain name companies than any other city: Donuts, Rightside, MMX, DomainTools, Epik, Amazon, Google, Top Level Spectrum, and perhaps others. This helps pack the house with about 100 people.
I traveled to Seattle for the event last year and have to say the trip was well worth it. The timing at the end of May gives you a shot at some really great weather, too.
Tickets are $24 and proceeds will be donated to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
If you’re in the Pacific Northwest or want to take a quick trip there in March, I recommend going to this event.

Thank you for the write-up, Andrew. I hope you can make it up here again this year.
A big thank you to our Premier Sponsor, Amazon, for hosting the event.
Also, thanks to our Supporting Sponsors: GoDaddy, Donuts, Rightside, Payoneer Escrow, Above.com and DomainSponsor.
Looking forward to seeing everyone at the event!

I want to move to Seattle.

GTLD move to Bellevue means Beautiful View, it is a great area, Donuts, Rightside, Amazon, Microsoft, countless tech companies. Only thing that sucks is traffic.
Good job Cyger!
Michael Cyger says
Traffic does suck. That’s why I live on an island. 🙂

See you there

Please mention to any supporters you see there how grateful we are for the attention and support they have given to my story. I would drive down myself to thank in person, it’s close but we are coming down two days later for the day. Riding the train which is on my bucket list. Have fun!
