Company that “forgot” a letter returns to buy the right domain name.
There were no headline-grabbing sales on Sedo’s domain sales list this week. But that’s OK; most of us make sales that won’t make headlines, anyway.
Among the buyers this week is a company that got cute with its domain name by leaving an ‘e’ off, and came back to buy the correct spelling for only $2,900. There’s also a pool cleaning company in Australia that bought Pool.com.au and an artificial intelligence company that picked up a .ai domain name.
Here’s the list of end user sales I uncovered:
(You can view previous lists like this here.)
PremierModel.com $10,000 – Premier Model Management forwards its new domain name to its existing website at PremierModelManagement.com.
Sendin.com €7,000 – Sendin Spain Export, S.L. currently uses the domain name SendinSpain.com.
TrueDepth.com $6,500 – TrueDepth is a supply chain consulting firm.
DirtyDating.com $6,000 – Buyer Boranu Online B.V. operates a number of online dating sites.
EverDrone.com $5,250 – Maciek Drejak Labs AB, an app maker.
AlphaTV.com $5,200 – Alpha Trader Ltd is a financial and entrepreneurship education company. One of its services is called AlphaTV. The company does not own Alpha.tv.
Pool.com.au $4,999 – The domain now resolves to a “mobile pool service.” Is there a pool service that isn’t mobile?
Drive-On.com $4,800 – E.on, a $15 billion European company that owns an energy company.
Foamie.com $4,674 – New Flag creates beauty brands. Foamie must be its next brand.
HoneyLab.com $3,500 – Concept Labs Inc. is a contract manufacturing company for beauty products.
CloudChecker.com $2,900 – The cloud management company that uses the domain CloudCheckr.com realized it was missing an ‘e’.
SuperFond.com €2,500 – Mutual fund company Superfund Consulting GmbH. I imagine Fond is a translation, not a typo.
MeyConsulting.com €2,500 – MEYPERSONAL GmbH is a job placement company in Germany.
UltSports.com $2,500 – Hunters Glen Enterprises Inc. A bit of sleuthing leads to Ulimate Sports, Inc, which uses the domain name UltSales.com.
Hologate.com $2,500 – Ignyte GmbH is a virtual reality/augmented reality company.
Eyos.com $2,500 – Eyos Expeditions offers “bespoke SuperYacht expeditions.” Wait, you mean bespoke is a word in the dictionary?

SIConsulting.com $2,250 – SI Strategic Independent Consulting AB. It owns the matching .Se domain name.
Attraction.info $2,199 – Same guy who paid $10,000 for Fly.info.
Emterprise.cn $2,000 and Neterprise.cn $2,000 – Car rental company Enterprise bought these typos.
