DNW launched on March 9, 2005, back when there weren’t any daily blogs covering the business of domain names.
We’ve been through a lot of up and down cycles in the domain name business over the past dozen years. The topics have also shifted, from lots to do with domain parking to lots to do with new top level domain names.
The only reason I’ve stuck with it for the past twelve years is because of your support. That includes readers, commenters (even when we don’t agree!), writers who have helped throughout the years, as well as my loyal advertisers.
Thank YOU for making DNW what it is and helping it thrive.
-Andrew

Congratulations, Andrew! Good luck on the next 12 years.

Thanks Dietmar, and best of luck with your shows this year.
DNW is probably one of rhe oldest companies in the space. Congrats!
It’s interesting to go back and look at the advertisements on DNW over the years. A lot of companies have come and gone. Two of my longest-running advertisers are still with me, 10+ years later: Sedo and DomainCapital.
Congrats, Andrew and DNW. Here’s to your next 12! 🙂
Keep up the great work,
Michael
12 more? Yikes!

Congrats Andrew! I’m a big fan and look forward to the next dozen! I wonder where we’ll be in the domaining world???
Wow, 12 years. Keep up the great work Andrew!
Impressive run. The crazy thing is that you have not aged a day. Now THAT is a feat in and of itself, even without the near-daily punditry. You and Ron Jackson. I don’t know how you guys do it.
Also, thanks for keeping it real. In all seriousness, to the best of my recollection, I have yet to get a softball question from you. Waiting for the day.
Have fun at SXSW. Faris Oweis, VP Corp Dev of DigitalTown will be there if you want to catch him there. He is at [email protected]. He is learning the domain world quickly and will happily pay for dinner to celebrate #12.
Great Work !
Congrats Andrew, keep up the great writing and podcasts. 🙂
Congrats!
Joseph, thanks for the excellent analysis reporting you do for DNW.
Congratulations Andrew! The domain community is very lucky to have you.
Very grateful for your excellent coverage. You provide in-depth analysis of so many issues that wouldn’t be adequately reported if it weren’t for you.
Looking forward to the next 12 years!
Andrew…

I hope you hang in there for many more years…
