Dreamscape targets an $86 million value.
Australian domain name company Dreamscape, better known as CrazyDomains, is getting ready to go public.
The Australian Financial Review reports that the company plans to begin trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on November 29. It is raising $25 million, $10 million of which will go to existing management and $15 million will be used for growth initiatives.
The company operates CrazyDomains.com.au. It has about 30% of the market share for .au domain names. It also runs CrazyDomains.com, aimed at the worldwide market.
Dreamscape will issue at an $86 million market cap, according to the story.
