Jones tries her hand at the House of Representatives.
Former GoDaddy chief counsel and executive vice president Christine Jones is running for United States Congress, she announced today.
She’s running as a republican in Arizona’s Fifth Congressional District, House of Representatives.
That seat is currently held by republican Matt Salmon.
This is Jones’ second attempt at entering politics after leaving GoDaddy. Jones previously ran to be Arizona’s governor. She finished third in the republican primaries for governor in 2014 with 16.7% of the vote.
GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons lent a big hand in Jones’ last race. He spent over $1 million to help her.
