Michael Berkens and Mike Mann both land on the end user sales chart this week.
Michael Berkens can’t quit domain name investing cold turkey.
He bought YouCoin.com on DropCatch.com in December for $1,050. This past week he sold it for a whopping €70,000.
He wasn’t the only well-known domain name investor to score a nice return. Mike Mann sold EqualityHealth.com for $30,000 after buying it for just $200 in 2013.
These are just a couple of the 608 domain name transactions to cross through Sedo’s platform last week, totalling $1.2 million.
Here are some end user domain name purchases I discovered.
(You can view previous lists like this here. If you’d like to learn how to sell your domain names like these on Sedo, download this report.)
YouCoin.com €70,000 and YouCoins.com $9,000 – YouPass is an online payments service that seems to specialize in converting credits and gift cards.
EqualityHealth.com $30,000 – this domain is still in escrow, but the buyer is likely the health care company that uses EqualityHealth.NET.
TSA.co.uk £2,888 – Trade Stock Auction LTD in the UK.
Duffles.com $2,500 – this was a surname purchase by a guy in Anchorage, Alaska.
GiftCreator.com $2,250 – BKW Holding B.V. sells photo gifts.

TrustCircle.com $4,500 – Trust Circle Global is a financial services company. It looks like it’s just getting off the ground and falls into the Fintech category.
Tekpoint.com $30,000 – the domain is still being transferred by the buyer is likely the Tekpoint that uses Tekpoint.at. The company sells electronics like phones and tablets.
PassionProject.com $10,250 – the domain uses whois privacy, but my guess is the buyer is the owner of ThePassion.co.
Those 2 sales by Mike Berkens and Mike Mann are fantastic. Superb ROI!!!
but i checked the whois record which showed YouCoin owner name was Dirk from Germany….r u sure that’s Berkens!
that’s Sedo escrow
youcoin.net is under transfer service…pls check the whois
whatever…how much for the Wallet ?
Berkens is unbelievable, everything he touches turns green.
Same thing happen with “thestores.com” he bought it at the dropcatch for $1,111 in 2 months later sold it for $50k
The guy is gifted, what can i say!
Bet the seller of YouCoins.com ($9k) thought he got a good price … until he sees that YouCoin.com sold for nearly 9 times as much ($79k) during the same week!
I believe Berkens commented on his blog that he sold youcoins.com, not youcoin.com
