Soho.club sells for $5k, leading .Club’s premium sales last month.
The .Club domain name registry continues to release details of its premium domain name sales. It’s also including data on expired domain name sales from its unique relationship with SnapNames.
Last month the company sold $53,742 of domain names through the registrar/premium channel. It also sold $10,682 of domain names through SnapNames auctions, and another 84 domains at $69 each through individual backorders at Snapnames.
The company’s deal with SnapNames is proving to be a nice revenue source. Essentially, it is recapturing domain names after they go through pending delete and selling these on SnapNames.
Here are .Club’s sales through the premium channel (which includes registrars and Sedo). Note that Emirates airline bought its name.

Emirates is a generic term. The country where the airline operates is called the United Arab Emirates. Emir:Emirates same as Prince:Principality

I wasn’t trying to imply it was a trademark, just thought it was notable.
