GoDaddy and Afternic combined to sell about $1.8 million worth of domain names last week.
Before jumping into the regular end user sales list, I want to point out a couple premium .co.com sales. SurfMyAds.com, a company that creates shopping sites, paid $3,750 each for Istanbul.co.com and CouponCodes.co.com. .Co.com, led by Ken Hansen, Paul Goldstone and Gregg McNair, offers third level domain names.
OK, on to the regular list. (You can see previous domain sales lists here.)

I’ve gotta say it, Andrew. I love these posts about who’s buying what. It’s a much richer kind of information than mere sales numbers. And I know it’s harder to come by; so don’t stop the digging!
Frequently these reports disclose likely buyers for domains that some of us own. This is one such list for me.
So the lists aren’t just interesting; they help us connect with folks and close deals.
Thanks Joseph. I’ve heard from other people that these help them find leads.
Glad they’ve been giving you feedback. This isn’t the first lead for me, but I just realized that most of us probably don’t think of saying so .
