Robin Wauters starting tech publication at Tech.eu

Journalist who has covered the domain industry is starting a new technology publication.

Robin Wauters, a technology journalist who has frequently written about domain names, is starting a new online technology publication geared to Europe. It will launch at Tech.eu.

Wauters previously wrote for The Next Web (where he was European Editor) and TechCrunch. Although just a small part of his writing, he sometimes covered domain name news while at both publications.

Wauters put his domain name knowledge to work to acquire the domain name Tech.eu. Actually, he told me acquiring the domain name was kind of a boring story – but that’s how most domain name transactions should be. After a bit of negotiation he picked up the domain name for less than 5,000 euros.
