Investment from big name private equity groups should be completed before the end of the year.
A private equity investment by KKR, Silver Lake, and Technology Crossover Ventures in GoDaddy should close by the end of the year, according to Iowa news station KCRG.
The deal has finally passed its big regulatory challenge — approval by the People’s Republic of China, the report says.
Foreign government approval is important since one of the main points of the investment is for overseas expansion.
Parsons was in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for the company’s annual holiday party. The “big” party for headquarters takes place in Phoenix next week, but the company has 472 employees in its Hiawatha, Iowa office. The company expects to employee 1,000 people there. It will also hold a separate party in Denver, according KCRG’s article.

Service is a huge thing, sometimes when management changes, or ownership, employee moral does drop when the original founder takes his piece away from the company.

I hope they don’t change anything on the service end. That is the 1 major thing I can count on. Quick and polite english speaking people, they are very knowlegable and easy to work with.
