Company launches another developed web site.
Oversee.net continues to expand its network of lead generation and CPA portals, this time with CreditCards.org.
The site includes information about using credit wisely and consumer news, but the main idea is to get people to apply for credit cards. There are a number of similar credit card comparison sites on the web, most notably CreditCards.com. Operators of credit card comparison sites typically earn money with each valid credit card application.
Last month the company launched HotelHostess.com, a travel planning and booking site for women. One of the company’s more popular developed web sites is LowFares.com. It also operates Low.com for insurance quotes.
Oversee.net owns domain name register Moniker, auction service SnapNames, and domain name parking company DomainSponsor.

I thought creditcards.org was launched a while ago – is this a ‘re-launch’?
Andrew Allemann says
@ JJ – I can’t find any history on the site.

great looking site, but almost impossible for them to make a dent in the organics this late to the game…especially with googles shift to promoting brands for a number of vanilla organic searches, they wouldve been better with more vertical site focus at this stage

Don…that’s what they told Facebook about Myspace too 😉

Yet another avenue for oversee to funnel the millions of fraudulent clicks they conjure up each day with their world leading portfolio of typo and trademark infringing domain names. This company is going to crash and burn big time within 12 months. Some see their approach as criminal.

Not with you there … I’d rather see visitors served a legit resource site like CreditCards.org than a list of ads on a generic parked page. If the visitor wants information on credit cards, serving a resource site serves that purpose much better than PPC ads for payday loans, etc.
So it’s really ANYTHING but criminal – it’s actually a step in the right direction on user experience.

This seems to be a legitimate resource. I looked pretty deep into the site and although they are clearly using an affiliate program to monetize their site they also offer valuable, unique information. I’m not sure what there is to be upset about here.
