Three letter domains starting at just 1 Euro.
NameDrive’s NDX market is running an auction for 760 three letter .eu domain names starting tomorrow. Each domain starts at 1 euro. That’s like a buck twenty starting price, although it might be cheaper by tomorrow if the Euro keeps sliding. The auction will run for seven days.
In order to bid you’ll need to open a NameDrive account before the auction starts, and will also need to fill out a “Certified Trader Application” to be eligible.
Most of the domain names have letters such as z, q, and x in them. But at just one euro to start, these domains should sell. [Update: There is a 20 EUR reserve on each domain.]
NDX market is NameDrive’s online domain name aftermarket. According to the company it sells over $1 million worth of domain names a month.
I wonder how many will sell for more than ten euros ?
i bet the catch is theyre all at eurodns
in which case, theyre worth minus euros, as good luck trying to get them out of that hellhole
shows how far .eu has gone down the toilet
with those letters i wouldnt even bid 1 euro, seriously
Overall, 4221 bids were made over the 7 day auction and all domains sold successfully.
The overall sales price reached for all domains was 35,500 Euro. Sales prices ranged from 41 Euro to 96 Euro.
Thanks to all those who took part in the auction.
